Maximo Developer
We are looking for consultants specialized in developing with Maximo located in the Toronto area to participate in various projects for major customers of the company STI Maintenance. This is an opportunity to work with one of the largest CMMS software integration service providers in Information Technology (IT) in Quebec, but also one of the largest Maximo integration team in Eastern Canada.
You will have the opportunity to participate in large-scale government or private projects that can last up to 18 months! Your main mission will be to configure integration interfaces and Maximo applications from business processes.
Here's an overview of the responsibilities that await you if you join their network of consultants:
Development and Integration :
Develop and configure Maximo applications according to the client's needs;
Ensure proper data migration during the deployment of integrations.
Quality Assurance & Maintenance :
Carry out integration performance reports and document incidents;
Perform tests to ensure the proper functioning of the applications;
Perform technical support and maintenance of the deployed solutions.
Collaboration :
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (business analysts, architects, project managers, training consultants, maintenance engineers and technicians).
As an example, here are the missions of one of their mandates :
Maximo Solution design and review, technical feasibility assessment and options;
Maximo Application and System configurations;
Application build & package development;
System Interface Design and Development (i.e. Maximo/ IFS/SAP );
Developing user interface applications, reports and creating mock-ups;
Project management related documents including technical analysis and design documents, functional & system specifications, implementation and support guides, Unit Test cases, user training materials, system support documents, presentations and status & progress reports;
Conduct and record unit testing;
Support QA through functional and regression testing and UAT;
Deployment and Go Live Support;
Change Management documentation as per the client’s change management process, QA and Production support.
If what you prefer is to analyze customer processes, STI Maintenance is also looking for Maximo business analyst consultants for their network.

Required (experience and qualification, language) :
Be 100% self-sufficient in their work;
English or bilingual speaking (English speaking clients);
Minimum 5 years experience with Maximo.
Position Challenges :
Participate in large-scale government or private projects of 6 to 18 months duration;
The mandates to be carried out are diversified in business fields such as aluminum smelters, mines, ports, infrastructures, transportation, etc.
Know how to adapt to the requirements and needs of each client.
